  • Goal: Deliver move-in-ready residences on schedule while meeting ADA accessibility, energy efficiency compliance, and premium finish standards.

Bayport Container Terminal — TWIC Lane Expansion

  • Scope: Division 32 – Fence & Gates: removal, relocation, and installation of perimeter chain-link fencing, access gates, and Jersey barriers to expand secure areas. Work included demolition, gate fabrication, concrete core drilling, reinstallation, and compliance with Port Houston TWIC access protocols.
     
  • Goal: Improve traffic flow and security at Bayport’s TWIC entry lanes through efficient phasing, precise field alignment, and zero safety incidents.

  • Scope: Concrete-filled steel bollards (Division 5) and exterior improvements (Division 32), including perimeter security fencing, concrete barriers, ADA/TAS signage, wheel stops, and pavement markings.
